Orders placed on Saturdays before 5 pm EST will adhere to the following:
Shipping will be Monday and Tuesday of every week. Products will be shipped via USPS 1-3 day priority shipping. All sea moss products will be frozen and packed with ice packs prior to shipping to help preserve quality and freshness; and must be REFRIGERATED IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. To keep the integrity of our products we do not ship to PO BOX addresses. Blessed Hearts is not responsible for shipping delays. If your package is damaged or delayed beyond expected delivery time you may file a claim at USPS.com. Blessed Hearts will do our best to resolve and assist with any issues or problems.
Delivery:
All deliveries will be sent via Uber package drop off.
This is a set fee and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you live in a secure building/ community, please ensure you provide sufficient details (access codes or contact information) so the package is able to be delivered successfully.
If the driver can’t complete the delivery, there are no refunds for the products or delivery fee.
When the package is sent out for delivery, a text message will be sent to the phone number provided at checkout. The address the package will be sent to is the address used at checkout NO EXCEPTIONS. The delivery address will NOT be changed under any circumstances.
If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door.
Once the package is retrieved, refrigerate it immediately.
